The client is a leading European trading products company with 810,000 clients in 180 countries with an average daily trading volume of $20 billion.

The Problem

The client wanted to track the lifecycle of multiple applications. It was a very tedious job to fetch data from multiple sources to generate detailed visual reports and analyse the outcomes. Hence, the client was looking for comprehensive dashboards and reports to help them track and analyse, which would aid them in taking quick decisions.

Our Solution

PureSoftware deployed a team of experts and worked on enhancing the existing reports with added parameters using Power BI. The team also created reports for new applications. The client faced a major challenge in collecting data from several sources, so PureSoftware created a custom data connector that fetched data from various sources and fed them into the power BI tool for detailed report generation. Personalized dashboards were also created for CTO’s and product owners to bring clarity and focus on the most essential metrics and information covering approvals, releases, etc. to help them track the application lifecycle.
