The client is a leading European trading products company with 810,000 clients in 180 countries with an average daily trading volume of $20 billion.

The Problem

The Company was using a 3rd party tool, Omada, for employee management application. The client had issues with the application which led to inefficient employee management and the data on the application needed to be more secure. The client wanted to develop a robust in-house product for employee management and migrate all their data from Omada to the new product.

Our Solution

The Company engaged PureSoftware to develop an inhouse Employee Management product.
Our First Step: PureSoftware deployed a team of developers and experts to design the architecture for the new application to be developed. Next, Omada was replaced with SailPoint, and all data was migrated to the newly developed application. After PureSoftware created the new product, they then validated it by fixing any bugs or other errors. This not only creates a seamless performance but also improves overall efficiency.
