Still a week shy of completing 5 years at PureSoftware but got me thinking if it’s more about the date or the journey that lies behind it! The answer of course is clear – while milestones and calendars hold great significance in our lives, nothing quite matches up to living the underlying experiences, that are enjoyable and challenging in equal measure. The last 1800 days at PureSoftware have been a ride to enjoy and cherish, thanks to some wonderful people, and I would like to mention Mr. Munish Gupta for his support, guidance, and mentorship.

Speaking of lovely people, in the past 5 years, I’ve had/have the luxury and privilege of working with some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Everyone is/was highly approachable, knowledgeable, inspiring, and at the same time, friendly. The best thing about PureSoftware would be that it is filled with nice & friendly people! 😊

I am feeling not only appreciative but also re-energized because this is THE place to be. And I have a long way to go over the course of many more years. I want to continue experiencing the joy of working with and learning from amazing leaders. It is their trust in my abilities, and their encouragement to take on newer challenges that is making me feel the 5x growth today.

I am feeling humbled because my success at PureSoftware is an outcome of not only my effort but also everyone’s support, cooperation, and faith in me.
