I have recently completed my 5 years with PureSoftware, and it feels superb. PureSoftware has been a ladder of growth for me. My journey has been a lot about self-development, learning, and networking. I have got a chance to work on many good projects, with each one of them adding to an enriching career for me.

On my 5th work anniversary today, I want to share some learnings, lessons, and great things I have experienced during my association with the organization so far.

• I got a chance to work under outstanding managers who guided me through thick and thin and helped me grow professionally.
• PureSoftware is my third organization, and I am proud to say that I have never found such an excellent work-life balance before.
• I have always received my salary on time. There has never been a day when I had to worry about compensation.
• I have realized that if you are hard-working and have a strong skill set, there is a lot of scalability for you, and you will never feel insecure about your job.
• You get a good performance bonus if you are good at your work.
• Leadership and management are very supportive. You can easily approach them, and they always lend you an ear.
• I have always found the culture supportive here. The managers, team members, and people are supportive here.

After working with this organization for 5 years, my main takeaway is that- If you are open to learning, dedicated and a solution finder, you grow every day.
