Seven years ago, I joined PureSoftware as a Senior Software Engineer. At that time, I was excited about the opportunities ahead, but I had no idea how much I would grow personally and professionally in the years to come.

My journey started with PureSoftware’s flagship product ‘Arttha’. I had the opportunity to work with various clients with unique challenges and requirements. As I took on more responsibilities and honed my technical skills, I was able to transition into the role of Associate Architect.

One of the highlights of my journey has been the chance to work directly with clients. This has allowed me to understand their needs better and collaborate with them to develop custom solutions that meet their requirements. The opportunity to travel across different parts of the world to work with clients has also been a great experience, as it helped me gain a global perspective and appreciate different cultures.

I have been fortunate to work with a management team that is supportive, empowering, and invested in my growth. They have provided me with guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for learning and development. I am grateful to Tushar Bhatkar, who has inspired and supported me throughout my journey. His leadership and encouragement have significantly impacted my growth and development.

I would also like to thank Gaurav Leekha, Udeet Bhagat, Manish Sharma, Sameer Jain, and Anil Baid. Their support, guidance, and unwavering belief in me have given me the confidence to take on new challenges, push myself beyond my limits, and achieve my goals.

Through the years, I have had the opportunity to learn from some of the best minds in the industry. I have been exposed to new technologies and ideas, able to develop my skills and knowledge.

Looking back, I am proud of the accomplishments that I have achieved during my time at PureSoftware. I have been able to contribute to the success of the company and have grown both professionally and personally. I am grateful for the experiences and opportunities I have had and am excited about what the future holds.
