Kuldeep is Senior Director-Software Services and brings in over 21 years of IT Industry experience. Prior to joining PureSoftware he held leadership positions with HCL Technologies, Headstrong, and Genpact (earlier GECIS). At Headstrong, he worked as a Technology expert for Capital Market customers optimizing solutions and processes. With Genpact, he created and implemented Strategies & Roadmaps for various Business Streams. During the 16 years stint with HCL Technologies, he led Transition Management, Application Support and Maintenance for large engagements and Transformation Initiatives for different types of Engagement Operational Models like Integrated Service Delivery, Multi- Service Delivery for customers across the USA, Europe, and Southeast Asia. He carries domain experience across Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverages, Publishing, Investment Banking, Private Wealth Management, Supply Chain and Logistics. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and firmly believes that “Passion, Process and Performance” can transform unique challenges into opportunities and convert operational benefits to business benefits. A sportsman in his past avatar, he is passionate about fitness and lives by motto “Passion Drives !”.
