Sweety Nair

Sweety Nair is the Director – Human Resources and she brings in over 16 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining PureSoftware, she has worked with Fujitsu Consulting and KPIT Technologies in leadership roles having managed HR functions across international locations and business units. She has experience ranging from setting up HR practices to PCMM initiatives, Organization Design, Performance Management, Career Architecture & Development, M&A, Leadership development, Succession Planning, and International HR. A Postgraduate in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Computer Science Engineer, she believes in the philosophy that “Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out!”
